What we collect
Your account email (via Google sign-in), the repos and Notion connections you set up, and the content needed to draft corrections: release notes, code changes and page text. Code diffs and full page text are processed for a check and not kept; what is stored is described on the Security page. We also record LLM token usage per workspace for cost tracking.
How we use it
Solely to operate the product: running the daily check, drafting corrections, and billing. We don’t sell your data or use your code/docs content to train models for other customers.
Third parties
We share data with the services required to operate: our database/auth provider, our LLM provider (to generate summaries and corrections), and our payment processor (for billing, they handle your card details directly, we never see them).
Data retention & deletion
Disconnecting an integration stops future syncing; it doesn’t delete anything on the third-party service itself. You can request deletion of your workspace’s data by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these.
