Draft. These terms are a work in progress and are not yet the final agreement. They will be replaced before Amendary is generally available.
1. Using the service
Amendary connects to third-party services (GitHub, Notion, and others you choose to connect) on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during setup. You’re responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and repositories.
2. What we do and don’t do
Amendary reads GitHub releases and code changes and Notion page content to generate corrections. By default it applies confident, complete-context corrections to your mapped pages on your behalf; you can switch the workspace to review mode so every change waits for a person instead. It never changes your code. All applied changes are logged in Amendary’s audit trail with the text they replaced, and can be undone from Amendary. We don’t guarantee corrections are accurate or complete.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of connected third-party services.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including from inaccurate corrections.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
