Keep help center translations current too

Fix the source article first. If you keep translations, Amendary carries the same fix into each language, and you review them together.

Fix existing translations after a release

A release changes a limit, a workflow or a product name. Daily checks find the outdated sentence in the source article and draft a fix with evidence. Amendary then finds the same sentence in each translation and proposes a replacement.

Review the meaning, not only the checks

Code checks each language. The quoted sentence must appear once in a block it can edit. Numbers, versions, URLs and names must stay the same. The checks do not judge meaning, so a person still does.

A Ready row passed the checks. A Check it or Not found row needs you. Select Dismiss this language for one you do not accept. If the source correction is wrong, dismiss it.

One approval applies the source fix and every ready language. Published stays published and drafts stay drafts. If the live text changed after drafting, that replacement is stopped. See Review and undo.

Draft missing translations when you need them

For Zendesk or Intercom, an owner sets the help center languages in Settings. Then open the watched article on the Pages tab. Under Missing languages, select Draft translation. It spends credits and saves a draft in your help center for you to publish. Intercom needs more than one language turned on. Read the language setup guide.

How each destination works

  • GitHub: linked translations change in one commit or pull request.
  • Zendesk and Intercom: each translation is edited in place.
  • Notion: each page is checked on its own. Fixes are not carried across translations.

Languages in your plan

Daily checks and their fixes are part of your subscription. Drafting a missing translation spends credits. Each translation counts as one article in your plan, next to its source article: an article in English, German and French counts as 3. See pricing and plan limits.
